 Employee of the Month Lapel Pin5AnnetteMarch 13, 2012What drew me to this product over others like it was the fact that it came with the little card that says "We Appreciate All That You Do!!" which I felt really expressed how we feel about our employees. The product is what I expected and I am very pleased with it as well as my boss. With that said, I do want to mention that I am even more pleased with the quality of the customer service I received in relation to this product. When I received my order, only the pins were in the box. The cards were missing. I immediately called Stockpins.com and informed "Pinonda" that the cards were missing from my order. She was very pleasant and professional and had the cards mailed out to me that same day. She kept in touch with via email, letting me know what time the cards were mailed and apologized for any inconvenience, and really making me feel as if my order mattered. That my business mattered. That I mattered. That is what I call superior custormer service. I had the cards within 2 days.
