Each of the nurses will receive a pin to remind them of the story of the Canadian geese (this pin looks similar to Canadian geese) who never let a fellow ailing goose fall to the ground alone, but 2 other geese will follow him down and stay with him until he either dies or recovers to fly on with another flock. |  | |
